Anna is an associate with the firm who focuses on class action litigation.

She is a graduate of Binghamton University and St. John’s University School of Law. While attending St. John’s, she was a Legal Intern at the Consumer Justice for the Elderly: Litigation Clinic, the President of the Multilingual Legal Advocates, and served as Senior Articles Editor on the St. John’s Law Review

After graduating from law school,  Anna gained experience recovering significant investment losses for professional and institutional investors in state and federal forums, as well as evaluating foreign litigation opportunities. She has represented clients including pension funds and U.S.-based hedge funds, in class, opt-out, and direct action contexts. 

Anna has also participated in pro bono service, successfully representing international victims of torture seeking asylum. She was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in Business Litigation for 2022 and 2023.  As a member of the Foreign & Comparative Law Committee of the New York City Bar Association, Anna hosted a panel regarding international considerations in appraisal rights, and co-hosted a panel about international ESG considerations. Anna is conversational in Russian.
