In “Whistleblowers and the FCPA Under the Trump Administration” (New York Law Journal, June 12, 2019), Adam Pollock discusses the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and whistleblowing during the Trump administration. Contrary to predisposed opinion, whistleblower activity, including generous rewards for valuable information that led to enforcement action and monetary recovery, remained brisk at the Security and Exchange Commission as well as at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) that also began closely examining and enforcing foreign corrupt practices.
