Filing an Amicus Brief in the U.S. Supreme Court in National Pork Producers Council v. Ross, in Support of California’s Proposition 12

On Monday August 15, 2022, we filed an amicus brief in the U.S. Supreme Court in National Pork Producers Council v. Ross, in support of California’s Proposition 12, a law that sets minimum animal welfare standards for pork sold in the State. We are proud to represent Food Systems Innovation and Intelligent Analytics and Modeling to present the Court with the likely economic impacts of Proposition 12.
