In the interview, Adam Pollock explains why McConney’s testimony is significant. He says, “When [McConney] indicated in the ledger that these were payments for legal services, somebody must have told them write down it’s for legal services and that’s a key answer to get out. This is a witness who’s a bookkeeper, who’s an accountant, who’s doing his job ... he’ll have a level of credibility that the other witnesses won’t have.”
