In “‘She’s Stacking The Deck’: Ex-prosecutor Says Jack Smith Set To Appeal Judge Cannon’s Looming Order” (Salon, April 1, 2024), Slate discusses the recent order in former President Donald Trump’s classified documents case. 

In the article, Pollock Cohen managing partner, Adam Pollock, predicts that special counsel Jack Smith will likely appeal Judge Aileen Cannon’s order for both sides to submit jury instructions. Pollock says, “I would expect that if there is an order on these jury instructions, as she’s already signaling she is likely to order, that he’ll go right back to the appellate court.”
