In “Pornhub Child Porn Victims Deserve Class Cert., Judge Told” (Law360, November 17, 2023), Law360 discusses the victims class cert hearing in a class action lawsuit against MindGeek USA, Inc., the parent company of Pornhub.
The plaintiffs, who allege that Pornhub published sexually explicit videos of them as minors, urged a California federal judge to grant them class certification in their claims. They argued that they have common evidence demonstrating that MindGeek designed its website to encourage the proliferation of child sex abuse material.
Pollock Cohen, along with Susman Godfrey, is plaintiffs' counsel in the case.
